As we all know, Long Island City is full of beautiful landmarks and sights. However, it faces the issue of gentrification where people are tearing down the historical monuments of LIC to pave way for new commercial buildings. I wanted to capture the older monuments of LIC to commemorate its beauty and bring forward the issues of gentrification .
